Description

This wet bench has two baths for oxide removal; BOE (Buffered Oxide Etch) and HCl (Hydrochloric acid). Besides oxide removal you can do development on this wetbewnch. There is aslo DIW rinse baths in this bench. 

Restricted to use within the Microwave and Photonics line.
