Tool #560 is a device mounting machine for transfer of chiplets on both a induvidual level as well as group level.

The transfer is accomplished with the viscoelastic effect through the use of PDMS stamps. This means that only dry released chips will be possible to transfer. There is a large arsenal of single post stamps availible in different sizes. Please contact the tool responsable if there is a need for custom designed stamps.
