The manual transfer system is intended for the fabrication of a high quality 2D heterostructures. It has an optical microscope with very long-distance objectives (5x, 20x, 50x) and CCD camera, mechanical stage, vacuum chuck which can be heated up to 200C. Both bottom and top plates can be moved individually using manual linear translation stage
