The Keithley 4200-SCS is a complete integrated parameter analyzer for electrical characterization of samples. It has four SMU's (Source Measure Units), one of them with a pre-amplifier for measurements in the fA-range. The parameter analyzer is connected to a probe station with four probe heads.

The computer only has access to mail, LIMS, mobaxterm, and remote desktop. No other internet connections are working.
