The QS H 200 BM is designed to process the following substrates:

• Round substrates up to 8“ (200 mm)

• Square substrates up to 6 x 6“ ( 150x150 mm)

Heating Temperature and Temperature Variance

• Heating temperature 30 to 300°C

• Temperature variance max. +/- 0.5°C / 100° C

• Heating time for reaching 100°C < 10 min
