Acid/Base wet bench dedicated for electroplating. Electroplating power control and dedicated hot bath (or hot plate) is available for electroplating of e.g. gold, copper and nickel.

Compatible with small chips or wafers up to maximum 4 inch diameter. A Dynatronix pulse plating power supply is also available for more homogenous thickness of deposited layers on samples with topography, sharp corners, etc.
